The sun tied to the person's leg while that person is surrounded by other smaller suns. It's as if the person had a big, wonderful dream, but that dream seemed too unrealistic, too unearthly - so the person tried to make that dream more earthly and tied it low, somewhere where that dream would be unseen, forgotten... in order to forget that wonderful dream - because it hurts giving up on it - the person is looking at the other dreams, way smaller than the dream that was abandoned... but it's hard.
